I still need help! OK, so I've done all of the steps listed above. The software update downloads (4.08.605.2 87.7MB) but when I press the button to reboot and install. The countdown starts as if it's about to reboot but it just sits there and doesn't reboot. Any suggestions? FYI - my phone...
