After noticing your post; I checked file sizes. It looks like my failing file is also smaller than the second I downloaded. I am getting ready to try again now.

I believe it needs to be on the \ (root) of the SD card; no sub-directories

I am also getting the failure. Exact Message: "E:signature verification failed Installation aborted." I'm assuming this is an MD5 (or similar) Hash check that is failing...
