I got the refurb on Wednesday, works great. Camera is working and the and as a bonus the battery is stronger than the old one. I dropped the broken one into the fedex box Thursday and they must have received it because the hold fell off of my card today (thank god). While I'm not happy it broke...

yes, full price. With tax over $1000.00 but I'm not to concerned about it. I'll send the broken one right back to them. Coming today by fedex.

I'm pretty sure the warranty starts the day you buy it. I bought mine in May 2018 at Best Buy.

Mine went to hell in mid April, they are sending me a refurb (warranty isn't up for 2 more weeks). I had to give them my card so they can put a hold on it but at least I won't be without a phone like its 1987 or something...
