I couldn't get the back button on Button Savior to work reliably. Remapping the Vol Up/Down solved that problem 100% of the time.

Are you sure that you're using a reader that supports SDHC and not just SD ? Many of the older readers won't work on SDHC cards even though they fit in the slot.
