However, after all the above tests, I keep getting "Not registered on network" when I try to make a call but even if I register the network I still cannot make an outgoing call. With some contacts I get an outgoing ringtone when I call via Telegram.

The Samsung Members tests tell me that SIM is OK and Mobile network is OK. The 2 mikes are ok and the Media speaker is OK but the Incall (which I dont know which one it is) does not work. Pls read above messages. However, the ringtones speaker works OK

Yes, it shows the calling screen for some time and then the call is ended but there is no ringing. It doesn't crash immediately. The calling screen disappears after some time.

I am using a Vodafone Italian SIM in Portugal but it always worked until I had this problem.
