Today is the day that the st*pid moth*rf*ckers from google said they will ship my order.... I bet they will send me nothing because they are more concerned with the new ppl that are buying... I can wait cause I am an idi*t.. I make no difference to they... that's how I am feeling right now.

I will do 2 things: first I will call my cardholder to deny any try to charge my card... then I will go to a link that is inside the order on Wallet... there's a "How do I cancel my order?" ... if I can't go further there I will just see they trying to charge and not being able to. And I will...

When u mentioned u sent them an email are you talking about the support / "where's my shipping/order info" link? I got always a "right-after-I-send" a automated response from google telling me the same **** including a Neuxs 4 typo...

Hey can you tell me when the order was accepted from Google (I know you order it at 27th November but I did it at 27 also and my order was accepted on 29 November... you can see this logging on Wallet account in transactions section). Then I suppose you receive that "General Question" reply...

Once again.. translating what they told you: "scr3w you, we don't care about you... some others are more important to us than you are and we have no respect for the customer at all" That's what I am thinking now... the clock is ticking for google... I bought 2 phones 16Gbs and I am about to...

I was reading this thread and saw some cases that ppl received the phone with no Shipping mail at all... but one thing is mandatory so far: you must be charged... so you have more chances than I do (cuz not even charged I was and I'd ordered before you did). I am in the same boat and will leave...

I am in the same boat but look: I am the one in the 1-2 weeks so I am just watching all the happiness while I think it's not funny at all... good for the one who have Google respect.

Mine I did the order at day 27 at 1:48pm PST and got the "order received by google at 29 November" with an expectation of 1-2 weeks to shipping... Tomorrow will be done the 2 weeks and in their automatic message when from Google Support they are saying that my order is suppose to be sent on 12...

I have received the same msg but dated 12 December instead of 19. That's the last time I buy from Google by the disrespect they are showing with the people who just tried hard to buy it at the time it was made available. I saw a lot of ppl here that just bought some days before and are getting...

Oh thank you for opening my eyes to this situation.. my card holder just avoid me to buy twice because of the value, then I had to call then to ask to release... now that my invoice already come (with no charge from google) and I am still waiting to be shipped I just call them again to say that...
