Download the ISO for Parted Magic....it's free. Burn it to a CD. Boot from that CD. Run the partition editor. It's located on the desktop after Parted Manager finishes booting. Use it to resize, reformat, repartition your SD card. Make sure you hit the "Apply" button after making your changes.

Image doesn't finish booting This newest version hangs with the android blinking cursor for me. I wiped my SD card several times just to be sure I didn't have old data causing things to hang up but no joy.

Hey Sherlock, why don't you just download the version that has the Market and Google framework pre-installed. The link is on the first page of this thread. The image is called nookhoney02a.

You can use Parted Magic to expand the Honeycomb partition to use the remaining space on your SD card.

Video Problems I'm running off of an 8GB class 6 card and I have problems with flash video. The first 5 seconds play just fine (audio and video), but then I get an error message saying that the video cannot be played. Downloading and installing apps from the market is also horrendously slow...
