Mine was purchased refurbished from T-Mobile in July2016 and 2 days ago I was faced with this issue... It was manufactured 07/2015 and serial started with 507(brown leather)... Always protected with case and tempered glass screen protector... Never dropped... Phone was in mint condition... Lost...
