Brand new S10E user long time Galaxy owner. When I got the phone 2 days ago it was set so that when a notification came in the screen would wake up and shoe the date and time along with the notification. It would stay on until I cleared it. I must have changed something since that no longer...

Thanks for the help. I did check the mp3 files and they were fine. I did however move the mp3 files from the phone to a PC. I converted them to wav files and put them in their own folder on the phone and so far it seems to work.

Brand new S10e and trying to get things set up. I am trying to set up notifications for texts and email etc... using the sounds that I made and have used on other Galaxy phones. The sounds are all short MP3 files. I go through the process to add the sound but it tells me that an MP3 is "wrong...

Got the update this afternoon and working my way through things..when I connect phone to PC via usb, computer doesn't find it. Do I need to update something on computer to go with the new phone software?
