.. It's not on your sd card. The update.apk is in your system/app folder and you will need an app like root explorer to be able to modify the name of the file. Why dont you just update and run 1 click to reroot? its not like you need to wipe your phone or something unless you're on a custom rom.

Awesome thanks for the reply :). I downloaded the Caustic demo and can see the difference straight off in usability. You're right Caustic has no hype but it an amazing program for the price. I'll be purchasing the pro version today.

With the amazon market having SPC Music Sketchpad for free today I was begining to inquire what other music/drum machine apps there were and have come across 2 others, RD3 and Caustic. My question is which app is the best? I'm becoming more and more interested in Caustic as most reviews say SPC...
