You probably busted something within the screen you will need a replacement device. As for your messages I'm not sure if at the store they can route them, least the sms but your facebook and twitter you can get online of course.

Try doing a master reset through the hardware, and I would back up everything from your SD card on your computer just to make sure the card isn't corrupted.
