I have had 3 replacements because of the same issue and would never have another note 4. When a phone costs this much money, it should work perfectly.

This is due to a software issue in some of the phones. I spent about a half hour on the phone with Samsung and with Tmobile. I was sent a new phone because even after them troubleshooting this would not work properly. The new phone started doing it again so they are sending me another phone...
