    specs are the same I have tic S and only difference is GPS is built into band so you can not change your band while the tic E you can switch your bands

    my first was a pebble which started me off since had gear s, moto 360, gear live,fit 2,gear s2,gear s3 and now tic s guess I am addicted also. My favorites have been gear S3 and just received the tic and liking what was done with Android 2
