I'm having a wifi issue on various wifi networks where my turbo will connect fine and then at some point decides to stop communicating with wifi. I've tried everything and support says its an app causing the problem. Bleh! Has anyone with this issue been successful with a replacement device...

If I were in your shoes I would not step one foot back in the store and proceed to call VZW customer service. Say "cancel service" at the prompts and speak with the retention dept. Sounds like your only other option is to go back to the store and take them up on their something else option. I...

Yes I bought at the VZW store. Its clear so you can see the back and provides enough protection as the TPU piece goes around the edge and the clear plastic snaps to that. Works well.
