Same very slow wifi on my Nexus 10 with Android 5.0.x et 5.1 but i have found a workaround by disable all ciphers except the "TKIP" with the app "WiFi Advanced Configuration Editor" Now wifi is pretty stable around 15 Mbps I can't post link of where i found this tips so i copy - paste :
