It's a phone. "Heft" is bad for it actually, because we seek lighter, thinner products that are easy to put in the pocket and won't pull your pants down. So the "heft" of glass/metal made phones is actually a huge disadvantage. Also, high quality plastic is just as hard to scratch as, say...
