    Note 4 Bluetooth "skipping" audio.

    I was having the same problems reported here. I have a rooted Note 3 running Lollipop. The suggestion to install No-Frills CPU Control and increase the minimum clock frequency above the default 300 MHz WORKED! Thank you!
