Thank you for your detailed reply. The aids are phonak brand. The update was OTA. I know the problem is with the tablet and not the aids as I have the same problem with my Bluetooth headphones and the aids work fine on my Samsung phone.

I hope someone can help with this. I use a doogee u11 tablet and connect my Bluetooth hearing aids. After doing a system update the aids still connect fine and work during calls on WhatsApp but don't play any sound from games or YouTube etc anymore. The setting to play media through them is on...
