incorrect the radio lock is in the NV it's simply searching for it.. it's actually the same NV item as the optimus assuming your talking of flashing it to another carrier... Get on freenode #ally pm Flip i'd happily share what i've learned bout the nv

Probably a stupid question but couldn't you extract both cabs from the OS and the OV all the way rename the OV files to match the OS files recompress it and try to flash? even if there was some sort of verification that the files are the correct files it'd be easier to by pass that in the dll...
