When I updated my binary it showed it not updating. After the reboot it was just fine though.

UPDATE: I updated my SU binary after the update and after a restart I have root access again! Checked with a few programs for root and its all good to go!

DOH! So now that I updated before that im screwed to get my root again... Crud. I read that post of yours but I got to step 2 "2) start a CMD window and logon to adb" and didnt know how to log in to adb. Little over my head on that one. If its that difficult then I dont really need root that...

Same here. Update worked great but it did not retain my root. Oh well, if there is a work around later I might worry more about it.
