    Quick charge question

Yes... it actually states that on the screen, while charging, as opposed to just "charging" with a regular charger.

S7 Edge + Water = Damaged Speaker. wait, what? noooooooooo

This looks like it could generate at least the same, if not a bit more pressure than water, merely falling from a faucet, onto the phone, at a relatively close distance: https://youtu.be/l5aF23XpBwU

    dropping phone

Just check out the number of ones with cracked screens/backs on eBay... not the most durable phone around. Still love it, though I haven't cracked the screen/back yet. Ask me again later if/when that happens.

Who is using their S7 Edge without screen protection????

My first Android phone was the Nexus One. It came with this inexpensive removable neoprene sleeve. I thought it was a great idea as it offered a level of protection to the phone when it was in your pocket, or when otherwise not in use... and yet it didn't at all ruin the look/feel of the phone...

Band broke at connection to case

Heads up for everyone... I've only had the watch for about 1 1/2 months and I just noticed the rubber band broke at the connection to the case. Basically, the band appears to house a nut that a Torx head screw connects to, through the case. The rubber that houses the nut tore/broke. AT&T...

    Advanced Settings app

Didn't know whether or not anyone else had seen this, but there is a decent app on the Play Store called "Advanced Settings" that looks a lot like "Settings" which is already on the watch, but provides additional functionality. There is a free version and a pay version ($1.99) which appears to...

Which sim cards work / what plans FOR DATA are working?

W/r/t being careful with pay as you go plans... fortunately the watch has a data limiting feature, under Settings/Cellular/Data usage. You can select a " Data limit" as low as 50 MB, and also set a "Warning level" as low as "50 MB".

    Specs already dated

Just saw this yesterday: CoWatch smartwatch users Amazon's Alexa Voice Service (crowdfunding) - Liliputing. Note the 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of storage (and ignore the crappy 300 mAh battery, for a minute). Of course Apple smartwatches also have 8 GB of storage, though I wouldn't have bought one of...

how do I get rid of 'OK GOOGLE' text on watch face

Mine too. I don't see it any longer, however, and I don't believe I had to do anything to get rid of it.

Android Wear and/or watch cranking through phone battery?

Thought I would check with everyone else on this. I noticed that having Android Wear on my phone (a GS5), and having the watch paired/connected via bluetooth, appears to really be cranking through the phone battery. I usually start off the day around 6 AM with 100% battery. Today, for example...

Does it have GPS and/or NFC?!

If I remember correctly, when I previously checked, both the Verizon and AT&T websites reported it had NFC. I attached a screenshot of AT&T's prior webpage for it where it reports that "Near Field Communication (NFC)" for the device is "Open, Secure".

    No contacts found?

When clicking the upper button, which is supposed to bring up contacts, I get the message "No contacts found. Add contacts to contacts app on phone." However, I already have many contacts in the contacts app on my phone (Galaxy S5). Additionally, I have many of those starred or favorited, and...
