Yup use a good charger and maybe avoid fast charge unless you really need it and don't use cheap chargers and you should be fine

Have you called directly to Samsung or used Samsung+ to do a video chat with them, I bet they would bend over backwards for you at this point.

For giggles I would call ATT or Samsung , I would not be surprised if it is covered, by warranty.

The one thing I liked about this test was it was a normal test, no labs etc, more or less what a consumer would do. granted I wouldn't go to a water park and do what they did but a lazy river or by the pool that is normal use.
