I have the same question. Has anybody been able to confirm this yet or linked to an adapter that definitely works? I have tried two adapters from Amazon and get no microphone audio using a microphone that works perfectly with the Samsung Galaxy s9's 3.5mm jack.

Hi, did you solve this? I have now tried two different adapters and cannot get an external 3.5 mm microphone working with a note 10 via USB C. The same microphone works just fine with my Galaxy s9.

Update: For Samsung devices with latest Secure Folder, Google Keyboard dictionary sync gives a false error about having a "Work account". The only solution is to uninstall Secure Folder = unacceptable. Please leave Google feedback about this on the play store reviews and via Feedback from...

If you have a Samsung device with Secure Folder installed, uninstall Secure Folder then you can enable keyboard sync. Hopefully it will stay synced after you reinstall secure folder.
