Not sure if this counts as a necro, but presumably WCDMA preferred would be the best option? I think the real problem is there's no clarity on what bands the GSM antenna (which doesn't even officially exist) can pull...850/1900? 900/1800? Presumably the WCDMA runs on 2100? Actually dunno if...

Longtime lurker, first-time poster here...I also got the update Weds morning and am also having terrible battery life since then. I usually use a wall charger and spare battery, and got 16-18hrs per charge before the update. Now I'm lucky to get 6-8. I guess wait a couple more days before...
