I still use an HTC One (m7) so apps are very basic and only what I need while out: email, calendar, GPS, music, Nest, and a few things to read. Also position the clickable items low and to the right so I can easily one-hand things. Nova launcher, Min icons, Nice Simple Photo Widget...
