I have a Galaxy S10e, upgraded from a MotoG3. On the MotoG, I could voice-enter text or notes into my calendar or other reminder apps even when i when I was not connected to WiFi (I rarely use data). On the S10e, it appears I HAVE to be connected in order to use voice; kind of a nuisance...
