How does Verizon differentiate cell phone data from tethered data? I currently have the ULD plan and use Foxfi for tethering, I have a Galaxy S6. If I change to the new plan and continue to use the Foxfi app wouldn't all data continue to be cell phone data and not Hotspot data? Thanks
