I did that and it is still displaying the error, however, after ignoring the message it did allow me to back up all my apps. Assuming everything else works, it's no biggie I guess. Thanks for the link, & I will be sure to check it out!

Re: UnRoot and Return to stock I'm having the same issue. I followed the steps and my phone is continually saying "Unfortuately, ______ has stopped." It's either Email, android.process.acore, Samsung Backup Provider, android.process.media, or Touchwiz Home have stopped.
