I don't have this issue on my S3, or any other device EXCEPT my galaxy note 4 (Android 6.0.1 if that matters) and its had me and still continues to have me VERY AGGRAVATED! It's deff not the apps or anything bc on my other devices I can scroll and see an entire notification text but not on this...

so what ended up bein the issue? I'm gonna take a guess and say I bet they ended up putting in another motherboard. am I right? reason I say that is bc I've seen other ppl say that's what had to be done to their phones that this happened to.. which sux bc I jus bought a note 4 off eBay and it...
