Wow, what a find on how to fix the cell standby draining the battery problem! Thank you, Killer BIGxyz. Draining the battery to 10% or lower, shutting it off while recharging it and turning it back on, produced a very low single digit use %. Repeat again if need to get it lower. So easy...
