Mine is gone too. same as my girfriends. we have KPN in the Netherlands. Girlfriend came to me 2 days ago about the missing switch. I noticed hers was gone as with two other switched. Private Mode and something else. Yesterday mine were missing too! Last thing i used was airplane mode....
