If you have a roku you can download the roku remote app and you can stream through your roku. I have done it with photos and I saw somewhere that you can also do music and video.
I use the QuickPic app for wallpaper. Open your photo. Touch it in the center and options come up in the upper right. Click the 3 dots and then you can set it as wallpaper.

Download map droid app and then you can download the maps you want and use GPS with no internet. I used it in Costa Rica with no internet and it worked just fine.
