The mystery has been solved. The build number that I have currently on my pixel 10 pro XL is higher than the qpr3 beta1 number and therefore I cannot download it. I guess the Google is protecting me from myself.

First, I should have said patience is a virtue, but regardless I have been patient and no ability to download the beta. In fact, when I look at the Android beta page, it shows that only qpr2 is available. I am currently on the stable version and even reformatted the phone and still it shows that...

I was on qpr2 and then went back to stable and now want to go to qpr3 but I cannot seem to download it. Any thoughts?
