I ordered 6/27 (over the phone) and did get a shipment notification on Tuesday. Phone should be arriving today.

Yes. General consensus is that means your phone has shipped/is ready to be shipped. Probably ready to shipped for us since today is Sunday. My guess is they'll go out tomorrow.

I ordered over the phone on 6/27, and when I dialed *611 today it said I had a phone ready for activation. Looks like they are really starting to get through the backlog.
