I'm with T-Mobile and don't seem to have that option of pressing the 3 dots. Bixby only opens with a long press of the button though.

I have does this for years with every phone I get and I haven't seen or heard of any problems associated with speeding up the animations and transitions. It just controls the animations of switching screens, opening apps, opening the app drawer etc.........so because you speed up the animations...

Google Keep is great. It allows you to share list to another Google acct., you can then give that person permission to edit. The changes happen immediately and sync to both devices. You can create voice notes, written notes, notes with images, checklist etc.
