Looks like the screen needs to be replaced, bring to the nearest phone repair shop and they should get it done for you.. it's not cheap though.. if you have warranty then contact Samsung.

Get the ''Vault'' app from the play store! You can secure your videos and pictures with password. When you take a picture or download it, you can transfer it to Vault and you won't have it in your gallery, just in Vault.

Re: wont turn on Is you phone charged? If yes then try to hold the volume up, home button and power button simultaneously. You will get into recovery boot and reboot by pressing the power button on the reboot system. It will restart and it should work.
