U asked a question from your phone that will not turn on? What's up w/ that? If you used another device, then here are some troubleshooting ideas-- 1st make sure its fully charged, 2nd : battery seated OK? Is ph. damaged from water or dropping it?

I have the same problem w/ my cellphone -- an older LG 935, but I solved the problem. I called my internet provider and they recommended that the NAME of my network be changed. With the name change, the wifi now works. Try it.
