Thank you for the quick response. I did reboot in safe mode; the ad is still there. It appears to be from Google Play Store, and it wants me to download the apps for Uber and Lyft. I'll try reinstalling the Google Maps app. Thanks again.

Google Maps used to work perfectly. It suddenly decided to put an ad for Lyft and Uber at the bottom of the screen, where the "start" button is, so I can look up an address, but I cannot get directions. Does anyone know how I can remove the ad? The only option it gives me is to download the Lyft...

The "OK Google" feature has stopped working. It worked before. I have checked in the app settings; the microphone is enabled. The phone simply does nothing when I say "OK Google". This is on a Galaxy S7 Android.
