I have this problem too, all players, on the 12-10 Mirage build. Googling suggests that later nightly CM7 builds fix this. Anyone on the new Harmonia build able to test this?

Aaright, I wiped and reflashed the latest BACKside ROM, and my WiFi problem is solved. Now I have a new problem: Superuser says its working, the various programs that report such things (astro, remount, etc) say that /system is R/W, but no apps that actually use it are getting the right...

Having the same problem here - I just installed BACKside-IHO-VM670-08312011. My wife's stock/unrooted VM Optimus V can connect to wifi no problem, and my old AOSPmod rom could as well.

How does the comparison of IHO and AOSP stand at the moment? Been using AOSP since about 6/1 myself and liked it so far (except for the camera bugs), but IHO looks new and shiny and stuff.
