Is the unlocked S8+ only available in Black at Best Buy and also directly from Samsung? I've only been able to find the Orchid Grey available when purchased through carriers (e.g., T-Mobile). Don't see any other color choices for the S8+ other than Black on the Samsung website.

I know that unlocked S8+ can be used with either CDMA or GSM carriers, but how about both? If I activate with my CDMA carrier for my US normal/primary service, can I insert a GSM SIM when traveling in Europe and switch easily between them? Is there a setting that allows selecting which to use...
