There is definitely some lag on this phone and certain apps are glitchy. I just returned my s2 for the note and I'm starting to regret it. I've also used an iPhone and the s2 was by far the winner IMHO. If I didn't own an s2, I may have never noticed the lag, but I guess I was spoiled by it. I'm...
