Re: LG G4 Stuck on boot, how can I get it out of if? Kindof feeling stupid not knowing how to subscribe to a thread without replying... but I'm replying to get notifications when people reply. Hoping the freezer works for Joe, or at least the booting forever and ever in hopes of a one day...

I'm getting a bit worried now, as well... The S7 looks crazy amazing. I'm afraid I'll regret switching to the G4, but my G2 was on its last foot and getting unusably slow. Ugh.

My friend on Verizon's phone starts with 507... hers is seemingly bricked :( So far finding no luck in getting her phone back on... she had nothing backed up externally and all sources have said to flash the phone or replace it. Not useful in getting data and contacts :(

Yeah... That sucks... I'm hating the update massively. I've done a few flashes myself on the G2 and know all to well how much it sucks losing all app data, settings and phone customizations. It was fantastic when I was rooted and could use Titanium, but without rooting you basically lose...

So I know it's a nooby q, but when you say flashing the ROM is time consuming and could brick the phone, isn't rooting just as time consuming and risky? I've always been too scared to root since I just paid for this device and I'm locked into this stupid contract... if I brick it that's a $600...

Woo hoo! My Ballistic case came in and after putting it on my palms no longer hit the arrows. Yay!

So... No solutions on removal? Guess I just have lazy fat palms when texting with both hands :p

The front touch button bar gains two arrows when the keyboard is pulled up. It's super annoying since when I hold the phone my palms touch the arrows and the cursor moves and the words get messed up. I'm not finding anyone else with this issue and thus no solution as to how to remove the arrows...
