I've been battling the same issue as all of you describe... Two phones in my house have this issue. Both Verizon Phones, Samsung S5 and with a Note 4. HTC devices seem to work fine. The Samsung devices only seem to exhibit the slow WiFi access with Facebook, Google Play.. maybe a couple...
