I'm right behind you. With Sprint for 12+ years, the last 2 have been real bad. Live in Overland Park area, Spirnt's home town and service is not even good enough to say it sucks. I was kicked out of the Sprint Community Forums for complaining too much and mocking the Sprintcare (Oxymoron)...
