OK, so I did a total reset and added my main google account and now I have the calinder for it. I then added my work gmail account and cant get the calinder.

In the lock screen was getting number of unread messages but when I unlock the phone the icon on the bottom never shows them. I then installed Googled Messenger to see if this was any different and it is not. Also now the Messenger icon is missing from the lock screen.
