I have attempted to set up .mp3 files for my alarms, but have been unsuccessful. I have followed the direction described on this thread with no luck. Any other options? Thanks. Also, my phone is the HTC Eris.

The Eris, in my opinion, is an excellent phone. I've had mine for 5 days and am satisfied. Be patient. The update is due out in Q1 of this year. With all the comments from Eris users concerning the update, I'm sure HTC is watching and would be stupid not to give us the update. Patience...

When you are adding a contact, scroll down to the bottom where it says "Add". Click on that and you will get the option to add more information, including extra telephone numbers, e-mail, postal address, etc. Hope this helps.

After much consideration and research/forums, etc. I chose to go with the the HTC Eris. Got it yesterday. So far, so awesome!!! Thanks again all.

Thank you, everyone, for your input. I'm still undecided on which phone to get. I like both. So, I'm sure it will be a last minute decision.

Hi everyone. I am returning my BlackBerry Storm 2 for a Droid. I need your help in deciding which Droid to get. I like both models (Motorola and HTC) but am leaning more towards the HTC. I see advantages to both models. I do not like the "bulkiness" of the Motorola. Droid users, please help me...
