either: a) delete some of your messages if you have alot stockpiled in your message screen or b) delete your message data (settings - apps - manage apps - all - messages - clear message data)

Hit the search capacitive button and search car panel one of the results should come up as an app click it and it opnes. As for getting it into the app drawer I haven't found a way to yet, but I think on one of the gingerbread leaked rom videos I saw it listed in the app drawer, don't know it...

this happened with my thunderbolt when I first got it. I would turn off wi-fi and the 4G would appear but the up and down arrows (signifying data transfer) would not light up. Fortunately for me after 2-3 days it seemed to resolve the issue on its own and I haven't had this problem since.

I don't know what happened between two days ago and today but two days ago my gps still sucked after I had updated. I decided to give it another try today and now it is a champ. Tried it both on wi-fi and 4G and in both cases right after I typed in where I wanted to go the signal was locked...

I doubt it wouldn't install if you did download and it rebooted, but you can always try checking your build and baseband #'s and compare them to the verizon tbolt support page to make sure they match http://support.vzw.com/pdf/system_update/thunderbolt.pdf
