my girlfriend went to the store today expecting to buy one...she is eligible for an upgrade in october...they told her the upgrade date is different from the contract date...and her contract isn't up until Feb......and wouldn't let her upgrade now this sounds like a load of BS to me any ideas?

i think i'm having a similar issue...when a calendar reminder goes off the phone won't let you dismiss it at all....it says something about dismissing but it's never an option, usually i have to wait until the reminder goes off again before you can select it and "dismiss all"....why doesn't it...

last app i installed was the "my verizon" app and that was on saturday, no updates that i've noticed, besides the random restart this morning the batter is doing well. yesterday it was dead by 12:30, today i'm at like 85%ish and its 11:15....this stuff just doesn't add up

my phone reset today, first time i think, also shut it off last night to charge and when i woke up it was on...strange i've had it since launch and it seems to be getting really buggy the last week or so

yeah i don't have wireless available at my office i think my phone is flaking out...i shut it off last night to charge while off, when I woke up it was back on it just restarted a few minutes ago, first time it's done that to me not impressed right now.....not impressed!

thanks i'm going to try the data roaming and cdma thing. and i agree the constantly "searching" thing has been a problem with every phone i've ever owned but being dead by lunch is just too horrible

Ok i'm sorry if this is covered in the battery thread but it's 66 pages long, kind of hard to get anything out of. I've had my incredible since release and have the seidie 1750 battery. usage is great on the weekends, for instance saturday took it off the charge at 8am, had roughly 50% left...
