I bought it on Amazon.de because it was cheaper there. I don't know where to start with sending it back and getting a replacement. The turning on and off issue (which I have found is pretty common) has gotten really bad and now I have to actually take out the battery and put it back in in order...

This is happening to me too and it's very depressing. I paid so much money for this G4 and it was perfectly fine up until Friday. I tried safe mode and it still happens in safe mode. Are there any success stories here with fixing it? I'm not going to waste my time if nobody has fixed it.
