Galaxy S7 Active, unlocked, fully updated, on Straight Talk service. App WindAlert is only working on wifi not cellular. Other apps are fine. I re-installed twice with no luck. App provider says it is due to Straight Talk being a reseller and they have not had issue with primary carriers...
